The old part of Ahmedabad (east of the Sabarmati river) is teeming with character. A blend of cultures and communities came together for the markets along with stray animals. I particularly enjoyed the vegetable markets on Sunday. Epic people-watching, and gorgeous fresh vegetables right from the fields.
