Due to a transportation problem, my wife and I had less time than expected to explore Naples. We took to the side streets to try to get a quick feel for the city, and our experience was truly memorable. The streets were alive with activity and the cars and scooters seemed to have little regard for the idea of right of way and where to drive. The energy level of the area was amazing. Among all the noise and bustle, I came across this shop keeper who proved that even locals have trouble keeping up with the frenetic pace.
