Go to Guilin, China and then go north to Longsheng to the terrace farms. Find the Tian Ti Hotel and order the mushrooms. I don't know where they come from and I don't know what is on them, but I could eat a plateful by myself. In fact, I did... many times. You'll probably never find this place or eat these mushrooms, but I'm posting this simply to celebrate... the mushrooms.
