New flavors are my favorite discoveries. When at home, I'm drooling over these pictures. When I finally get on the road my mind is on vacation but taste buds are at work. When I get back it's time to start cooking.
One of the first spots I ate at in old Bratislava was this gem of an eatery hidden underground. It was very charming and the food was delicious. I recommend either the liver dumpling soup or the Slovak national dish, Halusky.
