Made since 2004 in a microbrewery in Tschlin, the organic Biera Engiadinaisa takes its flavors from barley grown in the surrounding fields. Demand is starting to exceed supply, and it’s no wonder: Served in area hotels and bars, BE lager has a delectable, fine froth. —Kimberly Bradley
