Nothing is tastier then flash fried wild snapper with a squeeze of lime and topped with salsa fresca. Simply served on brown paper, we were surrounded by locals enjoying large plates of pulpo (octopus) ceviche, green bowls of mashed avocados, and fresh corn tortillas.
