Crater Lake is a deep, blue lake in the caldera of Mount Mazama in central Oregon. If you are anywhere near the lake it is worth the time to come visit this National Park. We spent most of the day driving around the rim road seeing the many moods of the lake as the differing light changed the colors of the lake. Depending on when you go check with the web site for road closures...the snow pack determines when the roads open for vehicles....enjoy!
