Along some of the more rustic roads between Capetown and the Cape of Good Hope, there are stone sculture parks in the woods along the way. Craftsmen carve from local stone and the results range from small pieces to large scale pieces. I bought a great piece on my last visit and named her 'Old Ma'. She cost more to ship than to buy, but isn't that sometimes the way with art you fall in love with?
