A beautiful stone cottage in the Vumba Mountains in Mutare, Zimbabwe that an expatriate architect-turned-pastry chef converted into the most quaint, idyllic pastry and coffee shop I've ever had the pleasure of visiting. I have never tasted such incredible flavors--divine is the only word that comes to mind when trying to describe how exquisite his desserts are not to mention the vanilla lattes which are made using fresh vanilla bean. All of this in a green paradise that you could only dream of--except, it isn't a dream, it's a reality and one that I'd gladly live over and over again.
