Les Deux Magots: the rendezvous of the literary elite
One part tourist-trap, one part beloved cafe, Les Deux Magots is a great spot to visit at least once. It is famous for the people you used to spend quite a big chunk of their day writing at its tables. Intellectuals such as famous lovers Simone de Beauvoir and Jean-Paul Sartre, as well as Ernest Hemingway. Others included Albert Camus and Pablo Picasso.
The cafe serves a decent, if not expensive, breakfasts, coffees and hot chocolate, but the best entertainment is people watching!
