For both children and adults, Gladiator School is a unique experience that is an out-of-the-ordinary activity while you're in Rome. But be prepared: it's not for the faint of heart. The warm-up itself is fairly taxing, and the gladiators play their roles well, not giving much mercy for giggling, talking or walking. Learn the history of the gladiators, see and wear their traditional armor and get ready to be around a lot of testosterone while honing your skills before taking a trip to the Colosseum.
