Even on a Sunday evening, this place is busting at the seams. But no wait can deter me from enjoying the perfect meal with a sunset view. Plus, it doesn't hurt that we can wait facing the crashing waves with a pitcher of margaritas and endless chips and salsa. Las Olas in Cardiff by the Sea is the perfect San Diego experience. There is nothing this menu doesn't offer - my favorite being the charbroiled fish taco platter. The atmosphere is fun, casual, and comfortable. And no matter what part of the city you're coming from, you have to drive along the coast to get there. And take in the salty sea air.
