As if I have any clue what "金興潮洲飯店" is. Thanks to Google Translate I know it means "Kim Hing Chiu Chow" but I don't think the English version is going to help you much. All you really need to know is that this place is crazy delicious. Not only will it be the cheapest meal in Hong Kong (this is a working mans spot) but it just might be your best. The language barrier will be a challenge and you'll be the only white guy in the joint but I guarantee you'll walk out having a real authentic Hong Kong experience. More at GlobalAddicts.com
