Start from either end of the Cowiche Canyon Conservancy and hike a couple miles in, seeing the desert geology take shape. Take the spur uphill marked by hand-painted signs to "the winery" and end up at Wilridge Vineyard Estate, make yourself at home in the cozy tasting room or take in the vineyard and valley views from the wraparound deck while sipping some of Washington's best wine.
