This place is big with tables for parties, tables for couples and a bar and bar stools for solo drinkers. I was the latter when I visited.

The beer was lovely, there are 7 on their usual list and there were also a few Christmas ones available, as I was there in December.

I felt welcomed and at ease sitting, drinking and eating at the bar. I was there in the late afternoon and it was busy but not crazy or too full. The previous night when I spotted it, the place was teeming with people enjoying the beer and plates of meat being served.

7 Stern Brau is in Neubau about 15-20 minutes walk from the Museum Quarter. It is worth the walk as there are also great little bars, cafes and shops in that area as well.
