We did not have passengers in the back of the plane constantly asking "Are we there yet?". Nor did we have to actually worry about the damage done when we crashed the plane. While in Taipei, I had the opportunity to fly the 747 training simulator at China Airlines headquarters. They had it in the safe mode, so it was not moving around, but when the pilots are using it the whole capsule moves up and down, and side to side depending on the inputs from the pilots. We all got to try landing at LAX. All I can say is if you ever hear the introductory inflight announcements say "Good morning! Welcome onboard. My name is Liz Galpin and I will be your pilot today" ring your flight attendant call button and request to disembark.
