Staff works around the clock, 24 hours a day, prepping and hydraulically pressing local fruit, vegetables, leaves and nuts to give customers the only true 100% organic juice and milk in Los Angeles.

There is a rainbow of pre-bottled options with flavors including Goodness Greens, Beat Aid, Spiced Yam, Cantaloupe Nectarine and the new Canyon Greens (Rainbow Chard, Collard Greens, Parsley, Celery, Cucumber and Ginger to give it a bit of a kick). The ingredient combinations are intelligent and according to owner Amanda Bacon, “are medicinally driven through a chef filter”.

Soothing almond milk mixtures are made fresh upon order with Mint Chip being the crowd favorite (at least four people ordered this in 20 minutes).
