A similar visit would be to The Museum of Hunting and Nature on Rue des Archives. They've taken a contemporary art installation approach to it and it was one of our favorite things on our last visit. For that matter the Museum of Natural History is well worth a peak too. Probably the best of its kind that I've been to, it's a stellar example of old and cutting edge new technology that works brilliantly.
