One of the Bard's lesser-known quotes, but one of my personal favorites.

If you visit Samui, make sure that you time it right to spend a Friday night at the Walking Market on Bo Phut Beach. The atmosphere is lively and charged with a fun energy (could have something to do with the cocktails), the food is sublime (yes, I WILL try another rack of slow-roasted ribs!), and if you do drink a cocktail, you're helping to save the earth, one 12 oz. glass of water at a time. So there's that - you're basically a hero just for making an appearance.
