Filipino Food
I never thought I would get pork adobo except in the Philippines, but Luneta, the only Filipino restaurant in Shanghai and it's also run by Filipinos fulfilled my craving. A delicious pork adobo dish along with a tasty bowl of shrimp-sauced rice. My girlfriend had white rice. It was just enough for two people accompanied with Calamansi juice. Luneta is on 1318 North Sichuan Rd. on the corner of Wujin Rd. in the Hongkou District. It was definitely a haven for the Filipinos that are currently living in Shanghai as we saw big groups dining there. Don't worry, they also speak English, too.
