Enjoying super fresh Grilled Snake
As fresh as possible, selected out for dinner along with a medium live fish, couple 100 grams of live fresh shimp and a dozen clams from water tanks..... Yum!
I have had snake before, and this cooking method rendered a slightly tougher meat than I had previously had as a kid. But tasty.

I don't know the address as I was a guest and last minute arrangement. A friend in Shanghai responds to me saying "...that restaurant has been shut down".
He proposes Feng Shou Ri Restaurant where you will find grilled snake. There is one Feng Shou Ri in the centre of Shanghai: 4F, 525 Xi Zang middle rd. Shanghai ( 西藏中路525号雅居乐国际广场4楼(近凤阳路). Keep in mind most likely: I don't believe their waiter can speak English, price 120rmb/person. about 1usd = 6.28rmb
