We ate at this Peruvian restaurant, San Antonio, where I sampled the local favorites including some guinea pig (cuy) and apaca meat. I believe you got to be open to try everything once on your travels. At least now I know that I do not like cuy or apaca. We also saw a local band perform, they are called the Arco Iris I believe and they were fantastic!
