Trinidad has some very unique food items and when you are enjoying a beautiful beach day at Maracas Beach (free wi-fi) make your way across the street to Richard's Bake and Shark! There are a few different tents set up for lunch but don't make a rookie mistake and go with the touristy ones, make sure you look for Richard's. Do yourself a favor and order a Bake and Shark! (you'll thank me later) It's batter dipped shark - that's deep fried (you're on vacation, no calorie counting) served with french fries and an ice cold local beer, Carib. Enjoy!
