Gob-chang is broiled (pieces of) small intestine of cattle. I heard, some of country doesn't eat intestine but, Gob-chang is really famous dish in Korea. Specially near the Sindang subway station, many Gob-chang restraunt crowd. If you want to drink So-ju(This is one of main alcoholic drink), you should select this accompaniment. Oh ! remember, This dish is a little bit spicy.
