Outfitted with industrial pendant lamps and wooden communal tables, Garagistes serves biodynamic wines from small island vineyards along with organic labels from France, Italy, and Spain. The restaurant offers tapas-style plates, including Bruny Island oysters and locally produced Belstone Gouda.
