A local diver on St. Lucia chases after our catamaran headed towards the Pitons. Diving off the coast of St. Lucia in search of conch for both local cuisines and souvenirs for tourist to bring home seems to be big business. With an island that has an obscenely high unemployment rate, there is no corner left unturned without someone trying to sell you something. Though, it was interesting to see a small raft chasing after our boat, later in the tour it became quite bothersome to weary travelers. I made my dent in the economy, and purchased one for $20 US.
