Chocolate Diversion!
While on a trip to the wonderful Provence region of France, one of the best days was the day we visited Saint-Remy. It is beautiful in itself, but one of the true gems of the area is Joel Durand's chocolate shop. We had the honor of a private visit with the chocolatier, who is as charming as he is talented. His signature work is the Chocolate Alphabet - each chocolate has a letter or symbol and each one is crafted with delicious ingredients! I'll not reveal what flavors the letters represent; it's worth a trek to Saint-Remy to discover for oneself!

Been to Paris, France recently. How is the rest of France? It looks like you can find a lot of hidden gems outside of major cities!
Huy, I thought I responded to your comment; I apologize that I had not. Once you leave Paris, the country is even more amazing, from the Normandy seaside to the lavender fields and olive trees of the south. Happy wandering!
