In our Artisan Confections chocolate class, we carefully transfer our custom designs on to bittersweet ganaches. We paint our masterpieces of colored liquid cocoa on to transfer sheets and let them dry before placing and pressing them on top of the freshly coated bonbons. After chilling them, we peel the sheets off to admire our delicious creations. Next comes my favorite part – eating the fruits of our labor!

Artisan Confections offers monthly chocolate classes in their Arlington retail store. Students are given a short lesson on the process of chocolate-making then dive into creating their own treats. Those who can't make a class can still purchase the store's hand-made goodies.
