Café Jacques is a little expensive—15 euros for a dish—but it’s very nice French food. Most of the time I go for wine, some snacks. The owner is lovely; he’s a hilarious guy. He’s been here for a while, five or 10 years, which is really a surprise since three years ago there were few shops. Maybachufer 8
