Working with the Born Free organization I had the opportunity to help a local village by building a lion proof boma to protect their animals from lions. This experience was life changing, not only did I create friendships with the local people, but I was able to participate in a goat roasting ceremony, sleep under the Southern Cross, live in the bush with the families, and chat with the Chief of the village, truly amazing!
