The food truck craze has taken Boston by storm as it has in the rest of the country. If you see this bright yellow truck pulling into a spot-hit the brakes and do the same! The winners of Boston's Food Truck Challenge offer up flavors you might find in Vietnamese street food. They've kept their menu simple and are passionate about the experience. Noodle salads, rice bowls and sandwiches are packed with fresh ingredients and a really satisfying. Rumor has it there might be a restaurant in the works.
