Belgian Chocolates are not just ordinary chocolates but they are a tradition. For over a hundred years, the Belgians have been experimenting and offering the best gourmet chocolates to the world. I was in Brussels for a day and I spent most of the day admiring the main square and on my chocolate trail. From Godiva, to Leonidas (The picture above : Leonidas - Brussels main square) to Neuhaus to Guylian and to the lesser known chocolate stores spread across the city/country, they are continiously experimenting to make the Beligian chocolate taste like luxury. Pralinés, ganache, truffles, orange peel, Strawberries dipped in chocolate , marzipan, one can find the best of it all walking around the historical Grand Palace in Brussels.
