Hair of the Dog was the most fun (and perhaps the most dangerous) stop on our Portland bicycle brewery tour. The high-alcohol beers are delicious, unique and are each named after the people. This makes especially fun to get a flight and compare them. I liked "Fred" a sugared-up Belgian, the best, "Adam," a chocolaty stout, was my next favorite.
