Art is in the Eye of the Beholder
I loved this old wooden rowboat that sat on top of a rooftop in Fira (Thira), Santorini, Greece. It was old, falling apart, yet it was art to me. Unlikely art, but art. There was also a sense of history to it. Was there a story to this battered rowboat? Had it belonged to someone who used it to fish? Of course, not only did the rowboat appeal to me, but the view beyond was stunning.
