I would never have guessed it but fried chicken and waffles (and biscuits) have taken over South Beach. Yes the land of the beautiful and thin people indeed like to get their fingers (and stomachs) dirty at this off the beaten track, yet still easy to get to, southern fried Cantina. The service is also friendly, which in Miami is as rare as snow so enjoy y'all...
