A Great New Bikram Yoga Studio In Paris

So you know how it goes, you are away from home, maybe jet-lagged and tired and you are really in the mood to do yoga and stretch and be warm (if it's cool out like it is now.) And then you end up at a crappy studio, and it's like 'ugh.'

Well have no fear if you are going to Paris because a new Bikram studio just opened, and it is gorgeous with wonderful owners and really, just amazingly good.

Wood floors, lots of light, great showers and just perfect. Paris just got even better for me.

This is the worst yoga experience I have ever had.

The staff is rude and uncompassionate, the location is inconvenient and it is expensive. An instructor took me to the side and chastised me publicly saying it was "inappropriate" to sit down or step out of the room when I feel I am going to pass out because I was a beginner (1 week). Instead I should "push" myself beyond my personal limit even if it means bodily damage or I was told to "hide myself" in a back corner until I am up to par with the yoga experts.

Anyone who is looking for a fun and relaxing experience with friendly staff and a convenient location needn't go here.

There are many other great hot yoga places in Paris with similar prices and facilities but better energy.
