Divided by canals from the Ille River, La Petite-France is another reason to visit Strasbourg. There are a number of tiny cafes and shops along the cobblestone roads, as well as the option to view the village from boats that ride the canals. We stood on this bridge and watched the sun go down before warming up with a cup of chocolat chaud. It is, as the name suggests, relatively small, but if you're in the area, a stroll along the canals in la Petite-France is worth a visit!
